Hirokiya was started by Hiroki Ikejima, aka DJ hiroki, who wanted to "express the exuberance of sound through food as well. It was born in Ebisu in 2022 and became a hot topic on SNS and in the media. Since then, the restaurant has expanded to Shibuya and Roppongi, each offering "food entertainment" in a style suited to their respective cities. After a career as a club DJ, the founder launched Hirokiya with the theme of "expressing the exuberance of sound through food. He has designed not only the taste, but also the appearance, aroma, and presentation of his dishes, presenting the appeal of cured meats and yukke in a variety of styles.
